Narrative

narrative-istock_000004645845.jpgNarrative voice over can encompass many different attributes. Narration can be done for presentations, documentaries, even audio books. And, while at times, this type of work can seem dry or boring in comparison to commercials, Catherine loves this type of work. Since narration is more educational in nature, the fun part is bringing the subject matter to life.

Catherine’s experience also includes volunteering at Recordings for the Blind & Dyslexic (RFB&D) a national non-profit organization. RFB&D is the leading producer of educational materials for students from Kindergarten through graduate studies, who are unable or have difficulty reading standard print. Through this experience with “cold reads” at RFB&D, Catherine quickly developed the skills for getting copy right on the first or second take.
